“Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that : The data administrator is P.W. Wega A based in Kalisz, ul. Obozowa 38-40. The data provided in the form is processed solely for the purpose of providing feedback to the person completing the form. The recipient of personal data will be persons authorized by the Administrator. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legally justified interest of the data controller. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the Administrator to provide feedback. The data will be processed for the period of correspondence related to completing the form and activities related to the content and data provided in the form by the data subject. Every person has the right to access their data and rectify it, delete it, limit processing, and the right to transfer data. Each person has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he or she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates the currently applicable provisions of national law and the provisions of the EU GDPR regulation. The personal data provided in the form will not be processed in an automated manner and I will not be profiled. The personal data provided in the form will not be transferred to a third country.
