  4. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Your personal data will be processed by P.W Wega-A Sp. z o. o. for the duration of the contract, as well as later, i.e. until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims arising from the contract and in connection with the implementation of the 5-year archiving obligation regarding documents stored for tax purposes. Your personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed in the case of data processing based on consent – until its withdrawal, and in the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator – until an objection is raised.

    • request access to the personal data provided,
    • correction of personal data,
    • request deletion of personal data
    • restrictions on the processing of personal data,
    • transfer of personal data.
  7. When the basis for processing is consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
