Personal data obtained for recruitment purposes will be processed on the following principles:
  1. The data controller is Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe Wega A Sp z o.o. based in Kalisz at ul. Obozowa 38-40.
  2. Data is collected for recruitment purposes, Data provided for recruitment purposes indicated in Art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code are processed pursuant to Art. 221, and in the case of sending data other than those indicated in Art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code, i.e. data other than name(s) and surname; parents’ names; date of birth; place of residence (mailing address); education; course of previous employment, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR.
  3. Your ordinary personal data will be processed, in particular data such as: name(s) and surname; parents’ names; date of birth; place of residence (mailing address); education; the history of previous employment to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in point 2.
  4. If the recruitment process is successful, your personal data may be transferred to persons authorized by the administrator in order to provide accounting or HR services in order to prepare a contract.
  5. The data will be processed throughout the recruitment period until 3 months after the end of the recruitment process.
  6. You have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR.
  7. You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
  8. Providing the following data: name(s) and surname; parents’ names; date of birth; place of residence (mailing address); education; previous employment history for recruitment purposes is a statutory obligation and failure to provide them will result in rejection of the submitted candidacy. Providing other data is voluntary and does not produce any legal effects.
