INFORMATION CLAUSE
CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA USING VIDEO MONITORING

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to
with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC [General Data Protection Regulation], I inform that:

  1. The administrator of the video monitoring system is Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe Wega A Sp. z o. o. based in Kalisz, ul. Obozowa 38-40.
  2. Video monitoring is used to ensure the safety of employees, protect property and maintain business secrets, ensure an appropriate level of security of facilities and systems in which information in the possession of the Administrator is processed and in which devices for its processing are stored.
  3. Personal data processed in the form of video monitoring is based on Art. 6 section 1 letter c) General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, and Art. 22² of the Labor Code.
  4. The monitoring recordings will be stored for a period of 3 months from the date of recording, unless they are to be used as evidence in proceedings conducted pursuant to law or the employer has decided that they may constitute evidence in the proceedings, the deadline is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings; after these periods, recordings containing personal data are destroyed.

  6. Personal data from monitoring records will be transferred only to entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
  7. Personal data recorded by video monitoring will not be transferred to third countries.
  8. A person registered by the video monitoring system has the right to access the data and request its rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, objection to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
